Under the careful guidance of various levels of civilization committees, the Provincial Department of Culture, and the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, and Television, it has meticulously created a brand for spiritual civilization construction, organically combining civilized creation work with the fulfillment of social service functions, achieving a double harvest in both spiritual civilization construction and cultural heritage work.
