Article 17: The procedure for amending this constitution: A proposal for amendment is submitted by the Executive Council and takes effect after being reviewed by the member representatives.
Article 18: The procedure for the termination of this association: After the association has completed the tasks specified in its objectives, a motion for termination is proposed by the Executive Council, a meeting of representatives is convened for discussion and approval, a resolution is formed, and after review and consent from the competent business authority, an application for cancellation of registration is submitted to the original registration authority, at which point the association is terminated.
Article 19: This constitution takes effect after being approved by the member representatives' meeting, and the interpretation rights belong to this council.
