Article 9 The highest authority of this association is the Member Representative Assembly. The member representatives convene once every five years, and may be held earlier or postponed in special circumstances. The responsibilities of the Member Representative Assembly are: 1. To discuss and approve the constitution; 2. To review and approve the work report and financial report; 3. To elect directors; 4. To decide on the work policies, tasks, or other major matters of the association. Article 10 The Member Representative Assembly shall elect or appoint esteemed Professor Liu Mianyu from Nanchang University and others as honorary presidents or advisors; and elect or appoint several experts with academic achievements or relevant to the association as academic advisors. If necessary, based on the needs of the development of the cause.

Article 9 The highest authority of this association is the General Assembly of Members. The General Assembly of Members is held once every five years, and may be held earlier or postponed in special circumstances. The responsibilities of the General Assembly of Members are:

1. Discuss and approve the constitution;

2. Review and approve the work report and financial report;

3. Elect the council members.

4. Decide on the work guidelines, tasks, or other major matters of the association.

Article 10 The General Assembly of Members shall recommend or appoint esteemed Professor Liu Mianyu of Nanchang University and others as honorary presidents or advisors; recommend or appoint several experts with academic achievements or relevant to the association as academic advisors, and if necessary, set up other honorary titles according to the needs of the development of the cause.

Article 11 The General Assembly of Members produces the council. The council produces the executive council. The executive council produces the president, vice president, and secretary-general. The council is the authority during the recess of the General Assembly, holding one or two meetings each year, and establishing handling institutions as needed. The legal representative of the association is the president or a vice president designated by the president.

Article 12 Powers of the council.

1. Execute the resolutions of the General Assembly of Members;

2. Elect and dismiss the president, vice president, secretary-general, and executive council members;

3. Prepare and convene the General Assembly of Members;

4. Report work and financial status to the General Assembly of Members;

5. Formulate and amend the constitution;

6. Decide to establish handling institutions;

7. Decide on the appointment of the main responsible persons of each institution;

8. Lead the work of various institutions of the association;

9. Decide on other important matters.

Article 13 The president, vice president, and secretary-general of the association must meet the following conditions:

1. Adhere to the party's line, principles, policies, and have good political quality;

2. Be in good health and able to maintain normal work;

3. Be familiar with the business of the association and have significant social and academic influence;

Article 14 Powers of the president and secretary-general of the association:

Powers of the president:

1. Convene and preside over the council, executive council, and president's office meetings;

2. Represent the association in signing important documents;

3. Check the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly of Members, council, and executive council;

4. Represent the association or designate relevant personnel to participate in related activities of the state or social organizations;

5. Assist the president in their work.

Powers of the secretary-general:

1. Organize and draft the work plan of the association, submit it to the president's office for deliberation and implementation;

2. Draft the agenda for the president's office or executive council meetings, and implement it after discussion and decision;

3. Organize the implementation of matters decided by the president and the president's office, and report work to the president and executive council;

4. Coordinate the work of internal institutions of the association and maintain contact with members of various groups (units);

5. Nominate deputy secretaries-general and office directors, submit them to the president's office or executive council for discussion and decision, and decide on the appointment of staff in handling institutions.
