Title: 1926 "Wanan County Agricultural Association Constitution" (Level 3)

Introduction:

This is a black stone-printed constitution of the agricultural association, folded after being printed on deckle-edged paper, and bound with paper string. It consists of five pages and ten sides, with no cover or back cover. The main text is divided into general principles and nineteen articles. The content pertains to the purpose of the agricultural association, location, membership qualifications, staff, powers of the president, sources of funding, regulations, and other matters. The constitution states: "This association aims to assist agricultural administration in order to improve and develop agriculture." The final article, Article 19, states: "All the above articles are draft provisions pending approval and implementation by the general assembly."
