This comic banner is made of white bamboo cloth, measuring 86 cm in height and 200 cm in width, and is a horizontal ink painting. The entire content of the painting is divided into three sections: 1. The new plans of imperialism; 2. The Kuomintang's five encirclements; 3. The Workers and Peasants Red Army unites and arms itself to break through the enemy's five encirclements. The entire artwork is basically intact, with clear and complete patterns and titles, and is currently housed in the Hongfeng County Museum as a first-class cultural relic. This comic banner is considered the highest quality work created during the Soviet Area period, authored by Peng Youren, the Minister of the Propaganda Department and Director of the Art Studio of the Fujian, Zhejiang, and Jiangxi Provincial Committee.
