I. Main Responsibilities of the Unit.
The Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum is a specialized memorial museum established to commemorate the Nanchang Uprising.
It manages five revolutionary historical sites: the former site of the Nanchang Uprising Command Headquarters, the former site of Ye Ting's Command Headquarters,
the former residence of Zhu De, the former site of the Zhu De Military Education Group, and the former site of He Long's Command Headquarters, all of which are key cultural relics protected at the national level.
The main responsibilities of our museum include collecting and exhibiting cultural relics, promoting national culture, specifically including:
cultural relics collection, identification, cataloging, preservation, cultural relics exhibitions, cultural relics replication and restoration, research related to cultural relics,
and publication and promotion of cultural relics.
II. Main Work Tasks of the Unit in 2021
(1) Unite and strengthen the leadership of Party building.
1. Establish a normalized learning system. Promote the study and implementation of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party throughout the museum.

hold the "Looking Back at a Century, Heart to the Party - Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China Theme Exhibition," from the perspective of "small details and big angles,"
review the century-long history of the Communist Party of China from three dimensions: "founding the Party, Party building, and Party members." The exhibition plans to display about 400 precious photos and 400 cultural relics (sets), showcasing the eternal faith pursuits and touching stories of generations of Communist Party members.
Second,
in conjunction with the exhibition, hold a series of themed publicity activities titled "Heart to the Party," that is, recruit 100 volunteers and conduct 100 touring explanation sessions,

The Nanchang August 1 Uprising Memorial Museum has nine departments: Office, Mass Work Department, Security Section, Engineering Department, Marketing Department, Exhibition Department, Management Section of Zhu De's Former Residence, Management Section of He Long Command Post, and Management Section of Zhu De's Officer Education Group. The unit has a staffing of 65 people, including 58 active staff members and 38 retirees.
