In order to further strengthen fire safety education within the museum, improve fire prevention capabilities and emergency response abilities, and in accordance with the overall deployment of the municipal fire brigade, on the afternoon of March 14, 2018, all staff of the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum participated in fire training and drills under the "One Police and Six Personnel" program.

Before the drill began, a fire safety instructor provided training and demonstrations on fire safety knowledge. During the demonstration, everyone learned humbly and observed carefully. Through the training and demonstration, participants gained a certain level of fire safety knowledge and learned how to use fire-fighting equipment and escape skills. The practical drill focused on the use of fire hydrants and fire extinguishers. After the instructor prepared, the participants were divided into pairs for the practical drill. During the drill, each group member had clear roles and worked well together, completing the drill within the specified time.
Through this drill, the fire safety awareness of all staff in the museum was further enhanced, improving their fire safety knowledge and skills, effectively preventing and reducing the occurrence of fire accidents in the museum, and promoting future fire safety work at the August 1st Memorial.
