On August 22, in response to the notice issued by the Municipal Civilization Office regarding the "Notice on Organizing Summer Civilized Practice Volunteer Service Activities" from the Provincial Civilization Office, the Party Branch of the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Hall, adhering to the principle of "proximity and convenience, co-construction and sharing," sent party member volunteers to the Guangrunmen Wanshou Palace Community to jointly carry out civilized volunteer services and branch co-construction activities with the Wanshou Palace Community Party Branch.
This volunteer activity focused on three aspects: garbage cleaning, civilized advocacy, and community patrol. Under the leadership of Director Wang from the Wanshou Palace Community, volunteers cleaned up garbage along the way with cleaning tools, organized messy bicycles, tidied flower beds, and posted civilized creation publicity boards.
After the garbage cleaning was completed, community patrols and civilized advocacy were carried out. During the patrol, brochures on fire safety, anti-gang crime, and legal education were distributed to nearby shops and residents, reminding them to pay attention to gas and electricity safety, stay away from criminal forces, and contribute ideas and efforts to the construction of Nanchang as a model city.
Through this branch co-construction and civilized volunteer service activity, the party members of the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Hall Party Branch and the Wanshou Palace Community Party Branch enhanced their "four abilities," revisited their original intention and mission of serving the people, strengthened the combat fortress role of grassroots party organizations, and laid a foundation for the upcoming "Do not forget the original intention, remember the mission" themed education activities.
