Act quickly, online services "never close"
In response to the needs of epidemic prevention and control for the novel coronavirus pneumonia, to avoid gatherings that could lead to cross-infection and to ensure the health and safety of visitors and frontline staff, our museum issued a closure announcement as per higher-level notifications, officially closing "one museum and five sites" from January 24, effectively avoiding the risk of epidemic transmission caused by crowd gatherings. Notices were posted through WeChat public accounts, official websites, and at the entrances and exits of the museum, announcing consultation service phone numbers and providing explanations to the public regarding the closure. At the same time, we utilized news media for publicity and guidance.

Comprehensive deployment, implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures
In response to the heavy, broad, difficult, and high-risk frontline prevention and control tasks, to strengthen leadership in epidemic prevention and control, our museum promptly established a leading group for epidemic prevention and control work, enhanced duty management, unified leadership, advanced command, and formulated the "Grassroots Party Building + Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Joint Prevention and Control Work Plan," effectively managing emergency responses to epidemic prevention and control, strictly implementing a 24-hour duty and inspection system, ensuring seamless connection in work mechanisms, and effectively guaranteeing the implementation of epidemic prevention and control work.
Improve mechanisms to ensure orderly operation of the venue
To strengthen environmental hygiene management and prevent cross-infection in frontline prevention and control, our museum purchased masks, disinfectants, alcohol, handheld thermometers, and other prevention materials, increased the scope and frequency of disinfection and cleaning in various areas of the museum, disinfecting at least twice daily, and increased the frequency of disinfection in key areas, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in the museum and ensuring ventilation in public areas such as exhibition halls and restrooms. Duty staff conduct temperature tests twice daily, and those with abnormal temperatures or symptoms such as fever and cough are temporarily prohibited from entering the museum, and staff are prohibited from bringing family members into the museum.
Persist in investigation, ensure daily reporting, all staff report their and their family members' health status daily, checking for any recent return from outside the city or close contact with individuals from Hubei province, and consciously cooperate with the health monitoring work group of the local community to conduct epidemic screening and testing, reporting the situation in a timely manner. Through WeChat groups and other forms, epidemic prevention knowledge is disseminated to every staff member, urging each staff member to carry out epidemic prevention work.
