From August 15 to 18, 2017, the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum held a summer training course for adult volunteer guides. The volunteers participating in the training came from various backgrounds, including guides from the Jiangxi Province Agricultural Commercial Bank's Currency Museum and university students currently enrolled in higher education.

To vigorously promote the spirit of August 1st and to deeply advance the construction of socialist core values, in accordance with the General Secretary's call to "tell good Chinese stories and spread good Chinese voices," the Nanchang Uprising Memorial Museum organized a themed performance based on the history of the Nanchang Uprising. The narrators used stories from August 1st as the script, providing the audience with a cultural feast in an innovative format.

Red Gene Inheritance - I Am the Best at Handicrafts
On December 22, 2016, the Nanchang August 1 Uprising Memorial Hall held a themed educational activity titled "Inheriting the Red Gene - I Am the Best at Handicrafts" in Changfeng Village, Qiaoshe Town, Xinjian District. Currently, Changfeng Primary School has a total of 23 students, all of whom are left-behind children from rural areas. Due to weak educational infrastructure, the quality education in the village primary school faces difficulties such as a lack of materials and activities.
