Nanchang Talent Activity Week | Nanchang "Talent 10" Policy

In order to strengthen the efforts in talent introduction, improve the timeliness of policy implementation, and better serve and support college graduates and skilled talents starting their careers in Nanchang, the Nanchang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China Talent Work Leading Group issued the "Supplementary Regulations on Adjusting Nanchang Talent Policies" at the end of 2020. This document made adjustments to certain contents of the "Implementation Opinions on Supporting College Graduates and Skilled Talents to Start Their Careers and Stay in Nanchang" (Nanchang "Talent Ten Measures"). The main modifications were made to the conditions regarding "household registration" and "the time limit for signing labor contracts." Let's take a look at the new changes!

Good news | The provincial red story narrator competition has achieved great results again.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, tell good red stories, inherit the red gene, and promote revolutionary spirit, from April 14 to 16, 2021, the 4th Jiangxi Province Red Story Narrator Competition and the 3rd Jiangxi Province Five Good Red Tourism Narrator Competition were successfully held in Nanchang, jointly organized by the Publicity Department of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of Young Pioneers. A total of 44 professional narrators and 42 volunteers participated in the competition.

Study the Party's history, remember the original aspiration, pass on the torch, and honor the heroes.

The Qingming Festival is the most important sacrificial holiday in our country, with customs of honoring ancestors and remembering the past since ancient times. In order to provide a model for students and a direction for their actions, and to commemorate and mourn the brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives, on April 2nd, the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum organized nearly a hundred teachers, students from Nangang School, Guantian Yifu Primary School, and Yuxin School, as well as on-site spectators, to carry out the "Learning Party History, Remembering Original Intent, Passing on the Flame, and Honoring the Heroes" party history education and memorial activity in the park. This event aimed to promote in-depth and practical learning of party history through on-site education, and to honor the martyrs and heroes who fought for the country, the people, and the cause of communism.

Good news | Four of our museum's guides have once again won awards.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, deepen the education on party history, tell compelling red stories, and further strengthen the team of red story narrators in our city, a selection competition for red story narrators in Nanchang was held on the morning of March 24 at the Qunxing Theater of the Nanchang Cultural Center. The theme of the event was "Telling Good Red Stories, Inheriting Red Genes, and Promoting Revolutionary Spirit."

Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Hall 2021 Department Budget

The Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum is a specialized memorial established to commemorate the Nanchang Uprising. It manages five revolutionary historical sites: the former headquarters of the Nanchang Uprising, the former headquarters of Ye Ting, the former residence of Zhu De, the former site of the Zhu De Military Education Corps, and the former headquarters of He Long, all of which are key national cultural relics protection units. The main responsibilities of our museum include collecting and exhibiting cultural relics, promoting national culture, which specifically includes: collecting, appraising, cataloging, and preserving cultural relics; organizing exhibitions; replicating and restoring cultural relics; conducting research related to cultural relics; and publishing promotional materials about cultural relics.

Good news! Three of our museum's guides have won the honorary title of "Top Ten Guides" in the province.

After selection and recommendation from various districts and cities, this competition has shortlisted 48 finalists from over 140 contestants, with 3 contestants from our museum making it to the finals. The contestants focused on the theme of "Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China," using precious cultural heritage from our collection as material to explain the stories of revolutionary martyrs, heroic figures, revolutionary sites, historical figures, and valuable cultural relics, effectively telling the Chinese story and the story of the Communist Party of China, while promoting the red main theme.
