Liu Chagen also organized party members to seriously study the signed article "The Most Significant Theoretical Achievements of the 19th National Congress" published by Comrade Li Hongfeng, director of the Shanghai Party Building Research Institute and former head of the Discipline Inspection Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stationed in the Ministry of Culture, on the seventh page of the "People's Daily" on October 31, which further deepened the understanding of the major theoretical viewpoints and strategic thoughts established in the report of the 19th National Congress.
Liu Chagen emphasized that studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress is the primary political task for the entire hall at present and in the future; it is necessary to deeply understand the essence and rich connotation of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and to firmly arm our minds and guide our practice with this new thought; we should be guided by the spirit of the 19th National Congress, follow the requirements of the provincial, municipal, and bureau leadership meetings, remain true to our original aspiration, forge ahead, and gather strength to strive unremittingly to build a first-class patriotic education base.
