On the morning of August 16, 2018, Zhong Dong, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and Chairman of the Municipal Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports Trade Union, along with Huang Fei, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports Trade Union, visited the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum to conduct research and supervision on the progress of our "6123" project.

First, the research team visited a series of trade union functional areas such as the "Workers' Home" and "Love Station." Zhong Dong praised the organizational structure and operational situation of our museum's trade union, believing that our reasonable utilization and clever "integration" is a successful case of a simple, practical, and grounded "six-type trade union."

In the conference room, our museum director Wang Xiaoling reported on the progress of the August 1st Museum's "6123" project, providing a detailed introduction to the establishment of our trade union, the Workers' Home, site construction, online trade union, cultural activities, and other work. The research team engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on the relevant work and trade union, offering several constructive suggestions. They also expressed affirmation and satisfaction with our museum's rapid action, solid implementation, and effective promotion of the "6123" project, requiring us to clarify direction, focus on key points, implement thoroughly and meticulously, and continuously expand the coverage of the trade union organization.

Finally, Zhong Dong stated that the construction and development of trade unions is a long-term, complex, and arduous project. The trade union work of our museum closely aligns with the era's requirements for reform and innovation, adhering to the fundamental concept of people-oriented development, and effectively carrying out various activities, which is commendable and worthy of promotion. He hopes that we will further enhance the level of standardization, improve mechanism construction, and truly bridge the "last mile" of service to employees, making a necessary contribution to the implementation and achievement of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions' "6123" project.
