1.People-oriented, audience first, successfully ensuring the reception of visitors throughout the year.
As a national patriotic education base and a red classic tourist attraction, our museum has always been oriented towards high-quality service, focusing on improving venue service construction.First, regularly provide free explanation services.As ofthe end of October 2019, a total of 1.5133 million visitors were received for free (the former residence of Zhu De has been closed for maintenance since August 18),successfully ensuringimportant receptions such as Wang Hongyao,Wang Donghaiand others more than ten times.Second, continue toimprove hardware infrastructure and equipment.Thevisitor service center was reopened in June this year after renovation,adding medical service equipment, scenic area audio-visual introduction and other service facilities; the whole museum's signage guidance system, garbage classification system, etc. have been further updated and improved; to cooperate with Nanchang's national civilized city creation work, public service advertisements, moral models, and landscape displays have been added to strengthen the civilized publicity atmosphere in the museum; to promote intelligent safety management, preliminary docking work for the gate system construction is currently underway.Third, adjust visiting hours based on audience needs.Two adjustments were made to extend visiting hours,adding one and a half hours of visiting time from 11:30 to 13:00, and extending the afternoon entry time from 16:00 to 16:30.2.

our museum planned a large original exhibition"The Eternal Banner— Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China," vividly telling the story of the development and evolution of the party flag, military flag, and national flag, revealing the touching stories behind the flags. The exhibitions"The Generals of the Republic from the Nanchang Uprising" and "The Eternal Banner— Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" were sent to the Lushun Russo-Japanese Prison Museum, the Karamay Museum in Xinjiang, and the Chen Duxiu Former Residence Exhibition Hall in Jiangjin District, Chongqing, etc. for display,allowing the achievements of original exhibitions to benefit more audiences.2. Hold special temporary exhibitions. First,jointly held with the Lu Xun Museum in Beijing, China Post,

redesigning the dense cabinets to improve their sealing;and simultaneously strengthening the database construction of cultural relic collections.Five, learning and communication, steadily moving forward, and solidly carrying out academic research in cultural heritage.Our museum emphasizes inter-museum communication and inspiring thinking, participating in a total of 8 seminar and exchange activities throughout the year,11 special training sessions, such as attending the "Contemporary Chinese Museum Curators Forum" organized by the China Museum Association in Changsha, Hunan, attending the National Museum Senior Curator Training Course organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Beijing, and attending the provincial backbone interpreter training course for patriotic education bases in Jinggangshan, etc.; to enrich our museum's exhibition materials, we have sent designated personnel three times throughout the year toBeijing to collect information through visits to descendants of participants in the Nanchang Uprising, visiting memorials, and other means.A comprehensive survey of our museum's red slogans has been conducted, and a work summary has been formed; co-edited the series "August 1 Military Flag Red: The Story of the Military Flag" which was selected as a key publication by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee; actively applied for a project from the Jiangxi Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, and the project "Research on the Oral History of the Nanchang Uprising" has been approved and is currently being implemented.;对密集柜重新进行设计，完善其密封度;同时加强文物藏品的数据库建设。

我馆注重馆际交流、启迪思维，全年共计参加研讨交流活动8次，专题培训班11次，如赴湖南长沙参加中国博物馆协会“当代中国博物馆策展人论坛”、赴北京参加文化和旅游部全国博物馆高级策展人才培训班、赴井冈山参加全省爱国主义教育基地骨干讲解员培训班等等；为充实我馆陈展资料，全年3次派遣专人赴北京通过走访南昌起义参加者后代，到访纪念馆、纪念馆等方式征集资讯。对我馆红色标语进行了全面普查并形成工作总结；参编丛书《八一军旗红：军旗的故事》入选中宣部主题出版重点出版物；积极申报江西省社科联课题，课题《南昌起义口述史研究》已获批准，目前正在实施。
