On June 8, 2017, the story performance of "The Red Flag of August 1" took place at the Yuchuan Island campus of Nanchang Normal University Affiliated Primary School. The narrators Zhou Tian, Ren Meng, and Chen Hongliang used the August 1 stories as a script to present an innovative educational activity to over 400 teachers and students from Nanchang Normal University Affiliated Primary School and Tsinghua University Affiliated Primary School.

On the morning of November 29, 2016, Ren Meng, a guide from the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum, entered the Honggutan campus of Yuxin Primary School in Nanchang City to deliver a lively and interesting multimedia lesson titled "The August 1st Spirit in the Classroom." Nearly 200 fourth-grade students participated in this lesson in the multifunctional classroom. The course mainly focused on the Battle of Xuzhou and the Defense of Wuhan during the War of Resistance, specifically detailing the combat processes, military deployments, and historical significance of these two classic battles. In class, everyone actively participated and exchanged ideas, which not only allowed them to revisit this historical period but also expanded their knowledge base and increased their understanding of the subject matter, resulting in a positive learning outcome.
