In 2018, the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum launched youth research and practice activities, which included: the introduction of the original exhibition "Reading for the Rise of China - The Life Exhibition of Zhou Enlai"; the creation of a "History Classroom"; the implementation of the themed educational activity "Searching for the August 1st Military Flag"; and the establishment of a "Little Volunteer Guide Training Class."

In order to further strengthen the ideological and moral construction of minors and help them grow up healthily, on July 22, the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Museum, in collaboration with the Youth League Committee of the Foreign Languages College of Jiangxi Normal University, led more than 20 young reporters to the Nanchang SOS Children's Village to carry out a themed educational activity focused on caring for minors.
